Falcon Software Group LLC (“Falcon,” “I,” or “we”) operates falconsg.com. This notice covers the public consulting website and information you provide when asking about our services. Client-project data handling is addressed separately in the relevant engagement agreement.

Information involved in using this site

Website requests. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Delivering a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser or device information. Hosting and security services may process request records to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its description of end-user information.

Inquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any name, company details, contact information, or attachments you choose to include. We use that information to respond, understand your request, and discuss a possible engagement.

Consultation bookings. The booking link takes you to Cal.com. Information you enter there, such as your name, email address, selected time, and answers to booking questions, is used to arrange the consultation. Calendar, email, and meeting services process information needed to provide invitations and the meeting. Cal.com’s own site and services are subject to its privacy policy.

Please describe your project in general terms at first. Do not send passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal records, or confidential client documents through an initial inquiry or booking form. We can agree an appropriate transfer method and scope if a project needs them.

Advertising measurement, cookies, and browser storage

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use Meta’s Pixel and Conversions API to measure whether those ads lead to consultation bookings. When you visit a page, the Pixel records the visit with technical information (such as the page address, your IP address, browser details, and Meta’s own identifiers stored in first-party cookies named _fbp and, if you arrived from an ad, _fbc).

When you click a link to book a consultation, the Pixel and our server also record that click, so we can see which ads lead people to the booking page. If you arrive from one of our ads and then book a consultation, the booking also records which ad you came from. Each booking also keeps the page you started on and any campaign labels in the link you followed (for example, from one of our social media posts), so we can count bookings by where they came from. That record does not include your name or contact details. When a booking is created, our server sends Meta a “booking” event with your email address, phone number, and name in hashed form (a one-way encoded format) so that Meta can match the booking to the ad. We do not send the contents of your booking answers or project description. See Meta’s privacy policy for how Meta processes this information.

Opting out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load the Pixel, does not send page events to Meta, and marks your booking so that it is not shared with Meta. You can also block third-party cookies or clear site data in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

The site does not use other visitor analytics or a mailing-list signup. Reading a guide does not require an account or enroll you in marketing communications.

The site’s appearance code can read a theme preference from your browser’s local storage. This is an appearance setting, not an advertising identifier. The site also keeps the ad parameters of your current visit in session storage, which your browser clears when the tab is closed. Hosting security features may use cookies when needed to protect the service.

The site does not change its behavior in response to the legacy “Do Not Track” browser signal; it does honor Global Privacy Control as described above. External services you choose to visit, including Cal.com, have their own cookie and tracking practices.

Who processes information

Cloudflare processes website requests. Meta processes advertising measurement events as described above. Providers of booking, calendar, email, and meeting services process information involved in inquiries and consultations. These providers’ roles and privacy terms differ; following an external link takes you to a service we do not operate.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the security of the service. This website notice does not authorize access to your business systems or the use of your project documents; those matters need a separately agreed scope.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry and booking records are kept as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether an inquiry develops into a project, whether a record is needed for an unresolved issue, and applicable requirements. Hosting and other service providers manage their own operational records under their terms.

You can ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up on an inquiry by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing engagement. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law; we will explain any relevant limitation when responding.

Processing locations and security

Falcon is based in the United States. Internet hosting and communications providers may process information in other locations. The private AI and zero-egress services described on this website are project-specific deployment options—not a claim that this public website, email, or booking service operates without third-party processing.

No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive material until we have agreed how it should be handled.

Children

This is a business consulting website, not a service directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

We will post updates to this notice here and change the date above. For material changes affecting information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
