Website information and consulting engagements
This website describes consulting services and publishes educational material. Reading the site, sending an inquiry, or booking a free consultation does not by itself create a consulting engagement, authorize access to your systems, or commit either party to a paid project.
A paid assessment or implementation begins only under a separate written agreement covering the scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, and relevant data-handling terms. That agreement governs the engagement. A free initial consultation is not the same as the written deliverables of a paid assessment.
Service descriptions illustrate possible work. Availability, suitability, and the specific deliverables depend on the agreed proposal. We do not promise a particular financial result, model performance, security certification, or regulatory outcome through this website.
Using the guides and examples
The guides are educational reference material, not environment-specific instructions or a certification of security or compliance. Reference architectures and sample configurations identify ideas to evaluate; they are not evidence that your environment has been tested.
You may read, link to, and apply the ideas to your own work. Where Falcon publishes a code or configuration snippet without a separate license notice, you may use and adapt that snippet in your own projects. Third-party code, models, documentation, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Falcon retains rights in its original articles, site design, and branding. The permission to apply ideas and adapt snippets does not grant permission to republish entire articles as your own or imply Falcon’s endorsement.
Your implementation decisions
Evaluate examples against your requirements before use. Check current vendor documentation and licenses, test in an appropriate environment, and obtain any permissions needed before accessing systems or processing data. Do not run connectivity or security tests against systems you do not own or have authorization to test.
AI outputs can be incorrect. A suitable implementation may require access controls, evaluation, human review, monitoring, and other safeguards. The guides do not replace advice from appropriately qualified legal, security, or other professionals when that advice is needed.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep the website useful, but content may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and educational material are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to documentation, booking tools, or other websites are provided for convenience. Those services are operated by third parties and have their own terms. We do not control their availability or content.
Appropriate use and information you send
Do not use the site to distribute malicious software, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Contacting Falcon does not authorize intrusive testing of the website or its providers.
Please send only information you are entitled to share. Do not include credentials, sensitive personal records, or confidential client material in an initial inquiry. A suitable scope and transfer method can be agreed if an engagement requires them.
The privacy policy explains information involved in website visits, inquiries, and bookings. Where you separately opt into an SMS program, the SMS terms apply to that program.
